This Barcelona urban retreat center is situated in a big, beautiful modernistic house in the heart of city. It is in a nice, quiet street, yet only a minute walk away from the central Gothic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk from the beach of Barceloneta.

The building is one of the catalogued examples of the modernistic movement (Gaudi’s movement) and was built in the year 1890. The building and the house has been conserved with all its magical features, such as the Colorful 'Nolla' flooring, high decorated ceilings, long airy corridors, iron facades and a smart distribution of rooms, allowing access to outdoor spaces, such as internal patios or balconies.

The building has the 1st elevator installed in the city, also dating back to 1890, a magnificent example of woodwork and engineering for old high class housing.

All the rooms are spacious and carefully designed by one of the most creative and young design studios in Barcelona. The house was restored in a way, so as to bring a modernistic and relaxing vibe to this beautiful space. The result is a warm, comfortable environment in which to stay, relax, socialize and practice yoga.

The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and is located just behind the Boqueria Market, one of the oldest and most colourful local food markets in the city, and Las Ramblas, one of the most beautiful promenades of the city. Also the old Gothic Quarter and Cathedral are only steps away.

The house has an airy yoga space with a chimney and a long wall to practice.

There is also the amazing rooftop deck , a unique space equipped with changing rooms and outdoor showers, where you can practice yoga whilst enjoying the sunrise and the sunset overlooking the city.

A beautiful glass gallery next to the studio allows the most amazing natural light to pass through, where communal meals are be served. There is also a private outdoor patio with hammocks and showers where you can relax, sunbathe and read a book.
