Group Leader Reservation and Payment Policy:

 

  • A non-refundable deposit of €/$2000 is required in order to reserve the dates for your retreat.

  • A second non-refundable payment of €/$2000 is required 3 months before the start of the retreat.

  • Final payment is required latest 2 weeks before the start of the retreat.

  • A minimum of 16 paying guests (or equivalent) is required in order to run the retreat.

  • Chirriposa offers 1 free group leader space for 16 paying guests and a second free space for 20 paying guests (not including flights).

 

 

Group/Individual Cancellation and Refund policy:

  • All group/individual deposits are 100% non refundable

  • All participants must purchase independent travel insurance, which will cover them in case of cancellation, loss or theft of belongings and medical emergency. Failure to do so may result in refusal for the participant to join the retreat, with no refund.

  • Chirriposa reserves the right to cancel or terminate a guest’s participation in the retreat at any time and to return a full or partial refund, with the group leader’s consent.

  • Prices are dependent on location, season, length of retreat and choice and availability of accommodations. Please contact us for your customised proposal.

  • Prices generally INCLUDE all domestic flights and travel, double/shared occupancy accommodations, all meals and 5% added staff gratuity.

  • Prices DO NOT INCLUDE international flights, additional optional activities, services and excursions, alcoholic beverages, bank transfer or Paypal fees or YOUR YOGA/GROUP LEADER FEE .
