"When my husband and I began to plan our wedding, there was no question about who would cater the event. It had to be Angus! When we found out he was available, we were ecstatic! We have known Angus for several years, and had the opportunity to attend parties and other events that he has catered. We always left these events blown away by the quality of the food. Angus has a gift to produce creative, flavorful, and scrumptious food.


The menu planning process was pleasant and relaxed.  The hardest part was deciding what to serve from the list of delicious ideas he provided.  I wanted them all!  We ended up going with a buffet of bocas, heavy apps, and salads.  Our wedding was casual, so we felt this suited the event.  Here’s a little sampler of some of the dishes we went with: Summer roles with green mango and peanut sauce, ceviche, black and blue seared tuna with a soy sesame wasabi dressing, grilled mahi mahi in garlic and ginger with smokey chipotle and mango salsa, Thai marinated chicken skewers with fresh sweet chili and lemongrass, Asian slaw cabbage salad with star fruit cashew and pickled beets, and roasted baby potatoes dressed in garlic parsley and lime.  Yes, these are just some of the dishes.  There were more!  It was a feast to remember, and certainly a highpoint to the evening.  We topped off the food with a beautiful tropical fruit platter served with locally grown, organic chocolate fondue.  The best part was there were plenty of leftovers.  My family and I ate like kings for the next two nights!
Prior to the wedding, we had Angus cater a more intimate dinner for out of town guests and family.  He put out a delectable spread of Mexican and South West inspired food.  The chocolate cheesecake at the end of the meal was extraordinary!  This was a lovely way to spend quality time with people who had made the trip for our special day.  I highly recommend adding a night like this to your wedding calendar.
Overall, my husband and I give Angus a five star review.  We love good food, and serving the best at our wedding was a priority.  Angus not only met our expectations, but also exceeded them.  Thank you Angus!!!"
