An early breakfast offers house made granola and yoghurt, fresh fruits, juices, teas and coffee.
Brunch is one of our main meals of the day and can range from the typical ‘Pinto con Huevos’ (eggs with rice and beans), handmade tortillas and Mexican style ‘burritos’ to pancakes with pineapple chutney, fresh banana walnut bread and mango coconut muffins to a more traditional American bagel with scrambled eggs and oven baked tomatoes.
Lunch is light with a soup, fresh salads, rice and beans and home baked breads.
Dinner offers a 3 course meal that starts with the Chef’s soup of the day, followed by an eclectic range of international vegetarian and vegan dishes, and complimented by delicious home made puddings and desserts.
Fresh fruit juices, smoothies, iced teas are available throughout the day, as well as locally grown coffee and a selection of black, green and herbal teas
Chirriposa will cater to any individual needs, dietary requirements or food allergies that guests may have.
