10 day mountain & beach travel itinerary (Costa Rica)
Explore two worlds within the one trip. Feel the balance and diversity between the moderate climate and spacious landscape of the ‘Chirripo’ together with the overwhelming natural beauty of the tropical jungle and the exotic, uncrowded beaches of the ‘Osa’.
Stay overnight in the capital San Jose, then travel the next morning by private bus over the continental divide, and arrive in time for lunch in Canaán de Rivas, where you will spend your time in the mountains situated alongside the Chirripo River and the Chirripo National Park, with breathtaking views of mountain peaks and the San Isidro Valley.
This will be followed by another scenic drive cross country towards the pacific coast, around the ‘Golfo Dulce’, and on to the Osa Peninsula at the most southern tip of Costa Rica, where virgin rainforest and the Corcovado National Park meets the Pacific Ocean, for the second part of your adventure.
Depart from the ‘Osa’ totally rested, balanced and grounded after a week of intense relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. Fly the length of the country back to San Jose on an 18 seater privately chartered jet , where you will connect with your international flight and reconnect with your former life, having been touched by something very special and positively magical!
